Max Holiday Celebration in the Woods

About 54 MAX members gathered at a spacious private home in the toney St. Francis Woods neighborhood of San Francisco on Friday, Dec. 13, to celebrate the third year of our MAX Christmas/Hanukkah party.  It was a sold-out gala event!  The festive event this year was entitled "MAX Holiday Celebration in the Woods." Attendees enjoyed delicious hors d'oeuvres (shrimp, cheeses, puff pastries, mini quiches, etc.), desserts, and copious pourings of white wine and champagne. Special thanks go to our event chairman (and fine wine connoisseur), Jerry Tusan, along with his support team: Phil Carberry, Bruce Cecil, Alan Norton, Ben Tran and Lawrence Wu to keep the food and drinks fresh and lively.  We had a great solo performance by Lawrence Wu.  This year's event was a substantial expansion over last year, because of a larger venue, and MAX plans to keep the celebrations going as we prepare to embark on a new year, 2025.
