San Francisco Lawn Bowling

On June 3,  MAX enjoyed a fun outdoor event  at the SF Lawn Bowling Club in the Golden Gate Park.  The mild morning temperature and sunny skies made conditions almost ideal for this occasion.  Three club instructors provided training lessons and walked MAXers through the rules and various aspects of the game.  Everyone had a good time learning and playing this new game.  Afterward, ten members went to have a leisurely lunch nearby.
