This Event Has Been Canceled Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus

We regret to inform you that all MAX events, including this event, have been canceled through March 31, effective immediately, due to the COVID-19 coronavirus.

The safety and security of our community is MAX's highest priority.  In canceling events, we are following the lead of our city, state, and federal elected officials as well as the recommendations of the San Francisco Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control (CDC).

Movie: Will Be Announced Wednesday March 18th
Showtime: 7 to 7:30 pm, AMC Metreon or Century SF Centre Theatres
Meeting Time: 6:00 pm at nearby Amber India

On Friday March 20th, MAX is gathering for our March Friday Movie.  The exact  movie and theater will be sent by email or text on that Wednesday after the theaters release their movie schedules.

We will meet for drinks at Amber India (25 Yerba Buena Lane) at 6:00 pm, during their Happy Hour (M-F 5 to 7 pm), before heading over to the nearby AMC Metreon or to the Century theaters in the nearby Westfield San Francisco Centre Mall for a show starting 7 to 7:30 pm.

IMPORTANT: Everyone must buy his own ticket before arriving at the theater.  Your event champion Bruce will let you know where he'll be sitting when he sends the selected movie and theater on Wednesday.

Specific instructions, including the theater, the exact show that is selected, and the seat of your event champion, will be sent by email or text to all those who register for this event by clicking the REGISTER button on the left.  In order to receive text notifications, please click the button that we may text you.

You must register in order to receive these notifications - which will include the theater, which movie we will go to see, specific time for the movie, and the seat selection of the event champion.

For MAX events that feature alcohol, we strongly encourage you to take public transportation, a cab/Uber/Lyft, walk, or have a designated driver. Please drink responsibly.
