Bouschet Bistro owners Tom and Dennis want MAX to be among the first groups to experience this speak-easy in the rear of their shop at 611 South Palm Canyon (near the old Zeldas Nightclub).
Tom and Dennis have collected seating and decorations from a Southwest Airlines flight and designed an elaborate cockpit for the full service no-host bar.
No airline food, but there will be ample cheese, nut, and fruit delicacies to nibble on.
Priority check in at the event is free for MAX dues-paying members and $10 for all others. Sorry, no refunds.
