Palm Springs Gay Pride Getaway, Plus Halloween and "Priscilla"

Join MAX for a fabulous four-day getaway to the beautiful gay paradise of Palm Springs, California.  Pack your bags with a Halloween costume, swimsuit, sunscreen and hiking shoes for a fun-filled weekend at our own private retreat just north of downtown, with pool, hot tub, sauna and game room.

• Thursday:  On Thursday October 31st drive down or take a one-hour flight (check United and Alaska for great deals) and arrive in time for the annual Halloween contest in the middle of the Arenas Road gay district.  Thousands of people show up in the MOST creative and outrageous costumes and party to live disco music on the street until late into the evening.
  
  
• Friday:  Relax and recover by the pool or take an optional day trip that includes a short city tour (including celebrity homes) and a visit to idyllic Joshua Tree National Park ($20 pp).  In the evening, we are invited to dinner with members of the Desert Cities California Men’s Gathering group. 
  
  
• Saturday:  Sun by the pool or visit the Gay Pride festival, which includes hundreds of booths, music, food and non-stop entertainment along Palm Canyon Drive.  In the evening, the group will attend the Palm Canyon Theater’s hilarious production of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. 
  
  
• Sunday: Attend the best little gay pride parade in America (10 am-Noon) and enjoy brunch and/or a tea dance before returning home on Sunday.

Package prices includes three-nights accommodation, Friday welcome dinner and theater tickets.  Does not include air transportation or the Joshua Tree excursion.

• Kings of the House: king bed, single or double occupancy. (two available) $650 or $375 pp
