Come join MAX and your host David Petlin for a four night sailing out of SAN FRANCISCO (that’s right, no air fare needed!) on board the beautiful Carnival Miracle. Sail away under the Golden Gate Bridge (one of the most spectacular sailings) to Sunny Ensenada Mexico where we will meet our hosts for a wonderful day adventuring through the Guadalupe Valley – this is Mexico’s answer to Napa Valley - for a spectacular day of wine tasting.
Unspoiled and untouched, the Guadalupe Valley boasts some of the best wine you will taste and food you will eat. Enjoy the rustic countryside as we visit 3 wineries. Experience the alluring wine culture in the Guadalupe Valley before it reaches Napa Valley prices. We will also enjoy lunch at a 5-star restaurant in the valley (that would be over $300 per person in San Francisco) for $50.
On board the Carnival Miracle - you can experience one of a kind dining, entertainment, pools, waterslides, and spa. Take part in the Hasbro Game Show, grab a pint at the RedFrog Pub, or enjoy a show with Playlist Productions. There will also be a LGBT Meet-up on board so you can meet other sailors not with our group! There is a reason Carnival is the FUN SHIP, with MAX on board, you know it will be!
For lunch we will be enjoying a five course lunch at a five star restaurant. While the restaurant will be serving a set menu, they will be able to accommodate someone who is vegan or has other dietary concerns.
Cruise price starts at $419 a person plus taxes, fees, and gratuities based on two in the room. On board an optional dinner will include a chef’s dinner in the main dining room that is one of a kind and not to miss!
UPDATE: The cost of the shore excursion will be approximately $150 per person including transportation in the Guadalupe Valley , tastings at three wineries, and the five course lunch at a 5 star restaurant (discretional gratuity and drinks at the restaurant are not included).
Fee to MAX is $25 for members and $50 for non-members. All MAX dues-paying members will receive $25 in on-board credit per cabin.
