Ready, Set, BIKE! AIDS/LifeCycle Day Zero

  • June 02, 2018
  • 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM (PDT)
  • Cow Palace

AIDS/LifeCycle (ALC) is a fully-supported, 7-day bike ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles to raise money and awareness in the fight against HIV/AIDS. It is the largest annual fundraiser for San Francisco AIDS Foundation. AIDS/LifeCycle 2018 will take place June 3-9, 2018. Every year, this landmark ride through beautiful California delivers a life-changing experience for thousands of participants from all backgrounds and fitness levels united by a common desire to do something heroic.

Day Zero is Orientation Day, when thousands of cyclists and roadies will pour into the Cow Palace to begin their 2018 AIDS/LifeCycle experience. It takes over 400 volunteers to ensure that the day runs smoothly and efficiently. Volunteers help all over Day Zero doing various tasks.

The Bridgemen will be helping out with event check-in on Day Zero. So if you weren't able to join the ride this year as a cyclist or roadie, help do your part to end HIV/AIDS by volunteering your time at this event! ALC-branded volunteer T-shirts will be provided to all volunteers for the event.

Once you RSVP, you’ll be requested to provide your first and last name and email address, which will be entered into a separate ALC volunteer database. Every volunteer will also need to sign a waiver. ALC understands and respects your privacy; your info will not be shared outside of the organization.

RSVP on the Bridgemen's Meetup page here.
