Discovery Community Annual Holiday Party

Join MAX’s Community Partner, The Discovery Community, for a festive night of holiday cheer, delicious food, and friendship.  Don and Carol Brown once again open their lovely Julia Morgan designed home, beautifully adorned in Holiday splendor.

The donation is $15 and will include food and drink (no alcohol).  If you’d like to pay in advance, please visit https://discoverycommunity.org/ and click the “Donate” button.  Cash will also be accepted at the door.

Please bring an unwrapped, new toy to donate to “Toys for Tots”. We will have a member (or two) of the USMC join us to collect donations.

Please also bring a wrapped present (nothing broken or used please) for the “Gift Auction”.

In the “Gift Auction”, your silly (or nice) gifts will be auctioned off to the highest bidder.  Proceeds benefit the Discovery Community’s scholarship fund.  Suggested price range for gifts is $15-$20.

The 5pm to 9pm party will be at a private residence in the Claremont Neighborhood in Berkeley.  The address will be provided after you RSVP for the event.

At the request of the event hosts, this is an alcohol-free event.
